Tips: You'll know it when you reach the end of the trail. The canyon will be boxed in on all sides. You will reach a rock overhang, but there are trails that wind around it, so you can easily climb to the top of the rock for spectacular open views.

The Drive
General Location: 32 miles south of Flagstaff Trailhead Accessible to Low-Clearance Vehicles: Yes (except during wet weather)
Nearest Town: Sedona  
Directions: From the Y-intersection at Sedona (HWY 89A, and Rt 179) Drive southwest 2.9 miles on US 89A through to Dry Creek Road. Turn north (right) about a mile and a half to Long Canyon Road (FR 152D) and north (right) again about 0.6 miles to the Long Canyon trailhead on left. Trailhead is just before Sedona - Oak Creek Golf Course on Left (West) Side of Road
