Length of Hike (r/t): 10.6 miles Trail Elevation Change: 2,916 ft.
Water: None Trailhead Elevation: 6,550 ft.
Tips: Highest point in the Huachuca Mtns, and part of the Miller Peak Wilderness Area. Good views. Will be a component of the cross-state Arizona Trail.
Hiking Permit Needed: No, unless for overnight parking. Maximum Group Size: 
Dogs Permitted: Yes, leashed. Horses Permitted: Yes.
Cross-country Skiing Permitted: No Mountain Bikes Permitted: No.
Safety Tips: Bring warm clothing and raingear. Stay off exposed areas during thunderstorms.

General Location: Near Mexican border. Trailhead Accessible to Low-Clearance Vehicles: Yes
Nearest Town: Sierra Vista  
Directions: Take HWY 92 south 13 miles out of Sierra Vista, turn right onto FR 61 (also known as Coronado Rd. or Coronado Memorial Highway). Follow Coronado Highway 8.2 miles past the memorial to Montezuma Pass. The trailhead is across the road from the parking lot.
